Mike McGraw comes from a family of entrepreneurs. He spent 12 years in finance, investing more than a billion dollars across technology and private equity, first helping launch PSP's natural resources investment team, then CDPQ's technology investment team, and finally at Inovia Capital, where he opened the firm's European office. Both of his parents are founders: his mother published a wellness magazine, and his father started a graph database company. REPS is where those two meet. In 2025 he started building with AI in his spare hours. On 30 June 2026 he left to work on REPS full-time.
