- How do I pair the Chrome extension with my REPS account?
- Open the REPS mobile app, go to Settings → Connect browser, and generate a pairing code. In the extension's Options page, paste the 8-character code. That's a one-time step — once paired, saving is one click.
- Something I saved didn't show up in the app. What happened?
- Saved content takes a few minutes to process through the REPS pipeline before it becomes reps you can train on. If it's been longer than 30 minutes, email us the URL you tried to save and we'll look at it.
- How do I delete my account or a piece of saved content?
- Email privacy@getreps.io. We delete or anonymise account data within 30 days of request. For deletion of individual saved items, include the source URL in your email.
- How do I unpair a browser?
- Uninstall the extension from
chrome://extensionsor clear its local storage. Centralised server-side revocation ships in a future version of the extension — until then, email privacy@getreps.io if you need a paired browser revoked urgently. - Is there an Android or iOS app?
- The REPS mobile app is currently iOS-only, with Android planned. If you'd like to be notified when Android ships, sign up on our homepage.
